This policy explains what personal data razaperfume.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can: the website works without an account, and we never sell your data.

What we collect, and why

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is arranged with you directly when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Your browser's storage
The site keeps a few things in your own browser (local storage) so it works the way you left it: your bag, your wishlist, your preferred layout, your choice about analytics, and the name, phone number and city from your last order so you don't have to type them again. This stays on your device, is not used to track you, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if you allow it, uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the services that run the website and your order, and only for that purpose:
- WhatsApp (Meta): your order is sent to us as a WhatsApp message from your own phone, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Supabase: stores orders and newsletter sign-ups in a secured database.
- Vercel: hosts the website and, if you allow it, provides anonymous visit statistics.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces the site uses; your browser requests them from Google.
- Couriers: receive the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order.
We may disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations under Indian law. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregate only.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- erase it, where we don't need to keep it by law;
- withdraw consent you gave (for example to the newsletter or to analytics) at any time.
To make a request, or to raise a grievance, message us on WhatsApp at +91 89760 35333. We aim to respond within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Orders and sign-ups are stored in a database that only the shop's authorised staff can read, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
Children
Our products and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shown on the website.
