About the fragrances

• Fragrances marked Inspired are Raza Perfume's own interpretations of well-known scents. They are made by Raza Perfume and are not the original products. Raza Perfume is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands whose names describe them; those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the character of the scent.
• Raza originals are fragrances created by the House of Raza.
• Photos show the fragrance in its bottle where we have one. Where a photo is marked "Shown in a Raza house bottle", it shows a Raza bottle for illustration; the bottle you receive may differ.
• Perfumes are sprays; attars are concentrated perfume oils. Sizes are in millilitres (ml).

Prices and orders

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Some sizes show Price on request: we will tell you the price on WhatsApp.
• Adding to the bag and sending your order on WhatsApp is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp to confirm the items, price, delivery charge (if any) and payment.
• Prices and availability can change until we confirm your order. If something is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we will tell you before you pay, and you can change or cancel the order.
• We may decline an order, for example if we cannot deliver to your location.

Payment

Payment options and details are agreed with you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. The website does not take card payments. Raza Perfume will never ask for your card PIN or OTP.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery charges and the expected delivery time are confirmed with your order; where the website shows a free-shipping offer, it applies as stated at the time you order. Please check your parcel when it arrives.

Returns and damaged items

Fragrances are personal-care products, so opened bottles cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or preference. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or not as ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you.

Using fragrances safely

Perfumes and attars are for external use only. Do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep them away from eyes, children and open flame (perfumes contain alcohol). Store away from direct sunlight.

Using this website

• Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, access the admin area, or misuse the order and sign-up forms.
• The words, photos and films on this site belong to Raza Perfume or are used with permission. The website's design and code are © Webzoo Innovation and licensed to Raza Perfume (see the License).
• We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Kalyan / Thane, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place an order applies to that order.
